HOW DO I CLEAR THEM?
I literally think or say “stop!” Then I close my eyes, put my hand on my heart, and take a breath. “What are you doing right now?,” I ask myself. “Everything will be OK,” I reassure myself. “One thing at a time.”
When the “but-but-buts” come up I shoosh them and take another breath, then another. Maybe that’s the whole download for the moment, to simply be present. It’s that presence that leads me out of the spooky forest back into the light. Then I can get that unlimited access for my downloads.
