Wild Magic Shamanic Weather Fire Horse Prep
Starting today, Friday the 13th, gather your Wild Magic to prepare for the coming New Moon on February 17.
This coming New Moon just happens to be a Ring of Fire Eclipse and begins the Year of the Fire Horse. That’s Lunisolar Wild Magic – based on the actual movements, positions and alignments of the Sun, Moon and Earth.
Ya won’t see the powerful Ring of Fire effect – the Moon blocks the Sun’s disk so you only view the corona burning around a black shadow – unless you are in Antarctica.
Wild Fact – Antarctica means “away from the Bear.” Look it up! It’s astral.
13 Is A Wild Magic Number
Human Wild magic comes into play from our agreed upon calendar (for most of the Western world).
In modern times, the number 13 has been considered unlucky, and Friday the 13th a potent superstition. But, way back when…
From dear Julia Galleher: My grandmother, who taught Tai Chi well into her 80s, studied many philosophies, and said the number 13 was very powerful. Our country (13 colonies), currency (On the Great Seal, which is on the back of the $1 bill), is built around the number 13. The pyramid-13 steps, Latin Motto: Annuit Coeptis (means ‘He has favored our undertakings’), has 13 letters, the eagle holds 13 arrows, meaning strength & defense. 13 olive leaves means peace, 13 olives, means diplomacy. The shield has 13 stripes, which means the colonies united, no outer support, independence. 13 stars above the eagle mean a new nation among world powers. George Washington and Benjamin Franklin were deeply influenced by classical symbolism and enlighted philosphy. NOW…that being said, 13/4 is also a karmic number in Numerology. #1 is the self; #3 are the people and community. If one thinks of themselves only and doesn’t consider the community–karma develops.
Wild Fact – You’re lucky to receive a Baker’s Dozen.
Mix the natural rhythm and phenomena of our Heavenly Lights (Sun, Moon, Planets) and our human mythology into your own rich Wild Magic.
Celebrate the 13th and carry the Wild Magic forward! I like to wear black and watch for signs of magic. Could be a talkative Raven, or the number 13 popping up everywhere – 13 black cars on the road, 13 minutes past the hour, $13 for lunch.
Rather than negative, I see the Wild Magic as potential. I’ll weave it into a crystal, a word, or an image.
I plan to set it free (with intention!) in my New Moon Ceremony to welcome the Year of the Fire Horse!
Make this magical Fire Horse New Moon Prep to Roar About!
