I am with ya there! I got teared up watching parents gently stop traffic as their children boarded the school bus the other morning. We’ve been cracked open and self-repaired SO many times over the past two years that unexpected witnessing or receiving of genuine kindness can start a flood.

BUT I’M NUMB, TOO. LIKE I DON’T CARE ABOUT DECORATING THIS YEAR…

I have been in conversation with more than a few of my shamanic cohorts over the shift in preferences, priorities and most importantly, values. I want to spend time with people, not projects. I want to watch a tree grow, not cut it down. The heart truth is becoming undeniably real.

MY HEART TRUTH IS UNCLEAR, THOUGH

Full Moons reveal the harvest of the seeds we have planted. This particular Full Moon illuminates thought and action through our current Nodal Axis (Destiny and Karma) of Gemini North Node and Sagittarius South Node. This team wants to get questions answered, doctrine decided, and mindset made.

And we have found that it doesn’t work when we try to figure out the heart through the mind.

SHAMANIC PRACTICE

Take time over the next few days and past the Full Moon to continually check in with your heart truth. When you feel anxious, angry, lost, or afraid, place both hands over your heart and breathe slowly and deeply into it. Ask, “what is my heart truth?” Then listen! Keep asking until you get an answer, or until you find you are centered and calm. In that instance, your heart truth is that you just needed that moment to remember how to come back to center.
