Well, yeah. What’s happening around us highlights the conflicts and disconnects within. To shift this community consciousness, we must become committed to truly, deeply understanding ourselves and our spirituality.

You may have noticed that basically all the structures we relied upon and “trusted” are in question now…
YES, IT’S SCARY
We crave comfort, and the pain of discomfort is what finally forces us to shift perspective and face fateful changes.
I JUST WANT TO GO BACK TO NORMAL
And that “normal” is just another illusion. The only way out is through. You know that.
I HATE THIS
You signed up to be here, so I KNOW there’s a damn good reason why you are! If you are overwhelmed and drifting, unable to get centered, please drill down to the basics.
WHAT?
Breathe. Use your breath to reconnect with your body. Breathe up your back from the ground to the top of your head, then exhale down the front of your body back into the Earth. Repeat, slowly and consciously. Cycle energy with the Earth Mother. Keep doing this for several minutes until you feel calm.
OK…
Seek to separate from the collective and return to your true nature. See all those energetic connections being gently rerouted while you remain connected to Earth and Sky.
THAT FEELS SO GOOD.
And that, my friend, is your true nature. All the rest is illusion. Read that again. Illusion!
