Deceptive Shadows draw veils of doubt over your eyes as archetypes of aggression and fear alter your vision both of the world around you and your inner self. We enter this week of ominous energy swaying across the rope bridge of uncertainty that crosses the gulf of what we want and what is.
DECEPTIVE SHADOWS MAKE ME FEEL HEAVY
Inertia goes hand in hand with that feeling of impotence. Mars, our archetype for Action, the Yang principle, the Sacred Masculine, enjoys the clarity of goals and purpose being in the sign of “Details Count” Virgo.
But now, The God of War is under the influence of “Inspiration or Illusion” King of the Seas, Neptune, who is in his sign of rulership, “Merge With Me” Pisces. Their opposition goes exact on September 2, 2021. They pull against each other, causing old-trauma blinders and self doubt ego eroding.
WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF ALL THIS, ANYWAY?
What if you didn’t focus on the meaning of life just now? Empaths on overload aren’t in a position to go that global. The backlog of emotions and mental patterns triggered by events well outside your control blocks you from clear seeing and soul knowing. Trying to make big changes and expecting yourself to “snap out of it” is unrealistic and unkind.
I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!
Yes, yes you do. Be with the feelings, the Deceptive Shadows stories. Give them space to be heard. If you need to talk with someone, do it. You can journal what’s going on for you, or dance the energy through you. Go for a run, a swim, or hike. Have a chest heaving, throat moaning, head stuffing cry. If ever there was a time to do this, it is now.

Who says processing your feelings and identifying your Deceptive Shadows is negative? Have the fit, the breakdown, the beeyatching session, all with the intention of moving and transmuting the anger and fear. Let your personal passion be the light that takes you out of the darkness.
