This Leo Magic is strong with me. Although my Sun is in “I Love Humanity It’s People Who Make Me Crazy” Aquarius (so mystical!) my Rising and Moon signs are both in “Love Me Cuz I Love Life” Leo. So, I’m really half Leo, in a sense, and almost qualify as a Gemini with my split personality!
 
Today, July 22, the Sun moves into “Live Big Leo”, and I celebrate my “half-birthday.” In my chart I am self opposed like the Lunar Nodes, my Sun in the sign of my Destiny Path directly opposite my Moon and Rising in the sign of my South Node Karma, with most of my other aspects in either sign.

We have a chance to start anew with the Second Chance New Moon July 20, 2020. Every year we have two new moons that fall in the same sign (13 lunar cycles occur in a 12 month period) and in 2020, the Year of (Shattered) Foundations, those two New Moons happen to fall in the sign of “I Just F’n Love You” Cancer.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Well, I think you get to recenter on how you live your life from the heart. The June 21 New Moon got us started on this deep heart movement. Then we had yet another crazy month full of insane shifts and circumstances. And a comet. Don’t forget the comet. Now, a month later, the Dark Moon reminds us that after all that it’s time to come home to the heart. 

OUR SECOND CHANCE NEW MOON!

Yes. “Stern TaskMaster” Saturn counters as he sits in exact opposition to the New Moon from his place of rulership in “Take Responsibility” Capricorn. Since the Inner You Moon is also in rulership in Cancer our hearts and minds may pull against each other.

They are a sign you are NOT stagnant, even if swirling in a vortex. You are moving. You can shift direction. Take the tension of the opposition and flow it to a new destination.

Exactly – when these two get righteous they cover up any tolerance with Right is Might armor. Too bad the face shields cover their eyes…argh.

The Happy Birthday Full Moon Eclipse isn’t just for the USA (our 244th) but for everyone. But for the USA, it’ a toughy, cuz’ we are entering our collective Saturn Return.

NOOOO!

Yes! So very, very much what we are seeing – that foundation take-apart. What are our new boundaries (or do we want any?) How has our relationship to power (or disempowerment) evolved? Stern Taskmaster Saturn retrograding through his home sign of Be Responsible Capricorn likes to really grind the point in.

How Do We Escape?

We go through! And we are doing it right now. July 4, 2020 at 9:44 pm PDT the Eclipse Transformation Tunnels spits us out after chewing us through a very rough six weeks of Karmic hell. 

So We Are Done?

No, but we are reborn, in a way.
