Cosmic Conversations – Shamanic Weather June 2, 2026
The Sun woke up last night with new M-Class flares. We are still waiting to see if a CME (Coronal Mass Ejection) will impact us. Add to that the unusual, triangular coronal hole that now faces us directly, it’s fair to say we’ll be experiencing a major charge that could jack up our Aurora Borealis displays as well as our nervous systems.
Over the past week, we’ve had strong earthquakes, some in unexpected places, all around the world.
A new, powerful undersea volcano erupted in a showy way. A new island may be in the birthing process.
Folks in a village in Mexico found hot mud geysers popping open in their yards and wells.

Cosmic Conversations
The Earth and Sun are having continuous cosmic conversations that I believe affect us far beyond what we can comprehend.
We leave it up to these forces far older than and so different from ourselves to take care of what needs to be done. We send our own intention for the highest and best good of all concerned, and Let It Go.
Then we get down to the purpose of working with our own messy human business.
Two Way Compassion
May all of you who find yourselves affected by this type of energetic activity priotize you!
Self compassion first, then you can take care of all the other things that are a part of your daily life. But you, first.
Practice disconnecting (with love) from any source of overwhelm and over stimulation.

Take a Walk in Nature
Connect to nature using your Five Senses.
- Touch a tree, flower or even a house plant.
- Close your eyes and listening to bird song.
- Go to the ocean, if you can. Breath the salty air.
- Take a bite and taste a crisp apple or succulent mango.
- Watch bees go about their business.
Remember when you find your peace and grounding again, your restored self can reopen your empathic, psychic pathways and re-engage from a loving, resourced space.
