Weird Actions
Strange choices and weird actions yield surprisingly GOOD results as Make A Move Mars now positively partners up with Rebel Genius Uranus. Out of reach dreams become real world possibilities when you get these two archetypes together.
Mars is feeling unnaturally restrained in Slow And Steady Capricorn. Fellow Wild Rogue Uranus, also groaning at the Take It Easy Taurus pace, is ready to entice anyone into some crazy, it-shouldn’t-work-but-it-does, weird actions plan.
And this is what so many of us have been feeling – constipated creativity, stuck in the mud ambitions, and emotional overwhelm. We are screaming (Mars) for something fresh and new (Uranus) and an end to all this exhausting stress coming at us from so many directions.
Weird Actions Shamanic Practice
Doing something new just because it is new is, of course, NOT the path to wisdom. Uranus is the Rebel GENIUS (I always think of Christopher Lloyd as the Doc in the Back To The Future series), after all. Instead, experiment with some small changes, and let the weird actions momentum build.
For example: Burst into a spontaneous one minute dance frenzy (at your desk, in your kitchen, in line at the grocery store). Take yourself out to lunch and order only things you’ve never had before at that restaurant. Pick a new tattoo – even if you don’t actually get it, play with the idea.
And after you’ve warmed up, go deeper with this. Approach that person who’s caught your eye. Look at opportunities in that city/area you’ve dreamed would be a perfect home. Sign up for that singing class, or submit your photo or poem to a contest. Take a risk and try something new and different. Take a weird action!
