We have a potentially confusing and over stimulating weekend ahead of us. Empaths and sensitives especially will benefit from grounding and breathing practices, physical activity and intentional releases.
WEIRDISH WEEKEND SOLUTIONS
If you are feeling too much, don’t wait, take action. Get bare feet on the Earth. Take a run. Dance like crazy. Grab a box of tissues and your preferred beverage, and cry your way through a tear jerker movie. Let the excess “not yours” energy OUT. Do not keep it!
I just went out and watered my garden and fed the extra energy to the nature spirits. Total empath therapy.
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING???
As a local and global community we are taking another whirl on this wild world change roller coaster.
No matter where you stand on the many issues before us, you are subjected to the rather loud volume of psychic noise that arises from so many hearts, minds and souls struggling with TOO MUCH.
And as far as the heavenly bodies are concerned, their awkward angles incite us to second guess our lovability and doubt our intuition. Oh, there are some favorable aspects as well! But in the end the “Is That Really True?” Scorpio Moon keeps us unsure, threatening to sting us when we least expect it over this weirdish weekend.

Slow down. Take a nap. Connect with like-hearted souls. Stop pushing to “get it all done” before the start of the school year. Make your sanity and self-care come first. Collect meaningful hugs. That should get you started!
