TURNING UP THE LIGHT
When you feel the urge to purge the darkness, be sure to clear the energy around yourself and any objects or area with smudge, essential oil spray (lavender, sage, frankincense, water, witch hazel and why not a quartz crystal) or light rattling/drumming. You are chasing away the embedded ghosts of the past that want to keep you in the shadow.
Refill the space with love through laughter, dancing, Reiki or ritual blessings.
And that’s not just for a home or office. It can be for your body, heart, mind and soul as well.
