Peace Wheel Dismembered

You may feel like your inner Peace Wheel has been dismembered with the current Mars conjunct Chiron in Pisces transit. Past decisions, current situations, and future prospects at all levels may be up for you.

THE ELEMENTALS

Chiron teaches us you your soul lessons through the wounding/healing process …

Mars externally expresses your active, masculine energy.

With both in No Time, No Boundaries Pisces, there’s a possibility you’ll turn on yourself or be easily triggered by someone or something else.

THE UNEXPECTED

Just over a week ago I was admiring the beauty of the local Peace Wheel while on a run at Lake Murray in San Diego, California.

The Peace Wheel changes as people add to it or reshape it in an organic flow of ever evolving public art. I have contributed my own rocks to the symbolic, shamanic matrix. I found it especially evocative that day with the morning shadows and golden light striping the freshly arranged stone stacks. One could feel the sweet satisfaction of the latest builder.

A week later I revisited the spot to find it unexpectedly altered.

The Peace Wheel had been completely taken apart. Take a look at the center stone – you can see this is the same circle, but utterly dismembered.

BUT WHY?

I was shocked, saddened, curious. I felt a loss and disappointment. And…I got it.

The beautiful formation of the Peace Wheel served some folks like me. But, the chaos of random stones served others who had a different need or perspective. Both were ok, and each would take turns presenting as time passed (although I still really, really like the Peace Wheel).

THE SATURN EFFECT

The dance between chaos and peace requires dismemberment to free up stagnant energy and allow something new to arise. You may pause and consider how your own peace has been shattered recently for the next few days during this transit, but when Mars squares Saturn on January 19 the impetus to shift into a new configuration peaks. The shock and triggers wear off as you make decisions and take action.

That Peace Wheel will be rebuilt, and taken apart, and remade again…It’s maddening, but also intriguing. What will it look like next?
