The Shamanic Weather for March 9, 2015 – Mars Trine Jupiter
The Royal Court (heavenly bodies) feels the heat as the Sky Lord of Anarchy (Uranus in Aries) and the Dark King of Chaos (Pluto in Capricorn) growl and posture, their Square fully active and nearly exact (March 17). The Sun engages Solar Flares of Change that scorch our reality and fuel brilliant bursts of epiphany and radical shift. Waves of energy flash through our personal fields, leaving us temporarily light-blinded and fundamentally shaken.
The Empowered Warrior (Mars in Aries) meets up with the Magnanimous King (Jupiter in Leo) and together they plan strategies for positive action and outlook, and we need it!
This week outer planets, representing our transpersonal aspects and relationships, trigger karmic patterns on a worldwide scale. Themes of oppression, suppression, and aggression swirl in a vortex that threatens to suck us out of our bodies and into a mob maelstrom. Stop! Ground! Drag your soul back into your body, your true home, and rediscover the truths that will outlive the drama and restore meaning to your personal life again.
SPIRIT MEDICINE
The Three Zorya Sisters guide the Sun through the skies each day. The Morning Star (Urtrennaya), Evening Star (Vechernyaya), and Midnight Star (Polunochnaya) represent the Three Fates, the Triple Goddess, the keepers of time, guardians of the world. Here is the Divine Feminine in action! She reminds us the Yang principle of Sun energy motivates us to move through our lives with purpose, that we are supported, and that time itself is the most precious commodity of life.
ANIMAL MEDICINE
Butterfly also echoes the power of Three: be prepared for three opportunities to be revealed as a part of the Square fallout. Ancestors inform the present and point us toward possible futures. We may be growing into the next phase of our lives, from Maiden/Youth to Mother/Father, or from there into Crone/Sage. Make time for consideration and meditation, pay attention to the arrival of your personal symbols at key moments during the days to come. Messages are coming from all directions!
EARTH MEDICINE
The Eight of Vessels heralds abundance, an epic flow of wisdom and grace that comes from distilling the wisdom from past experience into a presence, a holding of “now” that opens up all those wonderful opportunities Butterfly and the Zorya wish to bring us. As three is the number of synergy, creation, eight is the number of infinity and endless bounty. The theme of endings and beginnings continues as we are obligated to let go of one state of being to achieve another.
Solar Flares of Change activate the crown chakra opening that peaks with the final of seven Pluto/Uranus squares on 3/17/15. Having the tops of our energy bodies expanded involves our entire structure on all levels. Focus on the lowest chakra, the Root or Base, to support the expansion on the top.
Eat well, simplify life as much as possible, get barefoot to Earth when you can, use salt baths/scrubs as an alternative, breathe…I’ll continue to post Shamanic Hangover (energetic flu) remedies and I invite others to do so as well as we collectively support each other through this!
