Shamanic Hangover
The Shamanic Weather for March 6, 7 & 8, 2015
If you are feeling groggy, dream-tired, unmotivated and have a ringing in your ears, you may be suffering from a Shamanic Hangover.
March truly roared in like a lion, making it clear we are in a season-changing mode, and although the past week may not have been a party, the after effects certainly feel like it was! Void of Course Virgo Moon all day March 6 keeps us off our pace until tonight when the Moon moves into Balancing Relationships Libra and we recover the urge to socialize and play. The desire to experience friendly connections continues all weekend with an undercurrent of self-analysis (we get to balance relationship with ourselves, too!) and a few “hungry ghosts of the past” moments when old wounds may resurface.
STAR WISDOM
Reach for Higher Consciousness in all you do this weekend. When the petty triggers run an utomatic response pattern of snappy retorts and self-deprecating thoughts, imagine the rounded trap door on top of your head, OPEN your Crown Chakra and invite Higher Consciousness to drop in. Feel the ball of grr in your body drop down through you to the ground. Enjoy this feeling of your highest self expanding through your entire being.
MOON WISDOM
We see the Moon because she reflects the light of the stars, of the cosmos. Innana, as “Queen Moon”, reflects the light within you, helping you see how your way out of the darkness following light that emanates from your own sparkly soul! Her true story has been twisted through time and different religions, yet the Queen of Heaven remains true to her nature, the Goddess, the Divine Feminine, a powerhouse of tough love who won’t do the work for you but will motivate you to find your way back home.
EARTH WISDOM
Yesterday’s Dream Weaver becomes more grounded with Spider. We become more involved in the details of our personal webs – to what are we connected, how will this impact our day-to-day lives, who is part of our web? Connection can be interdependent or co-dependent! Now is the time to be very clear about our motivation, and others’, for the Creative Force is activated and entanglement in webs we’d prefer to distance ourselves from is possible.
Above the happier Libran aspects of this weekend the Uranus/Pluto square continues to rumble, a harbinger of the thunderstorm coming our way. This is a great weekend to remember and list your resources, people and actions that help you feel grounded and centered. Use this list as a go-to bag when you feel challenged and likely to drop into old, self-sabotaging habits. And take the time to socialize, rest, play, nap – all great Shamanic Hangover remedies.
