Second New Moon in Aquarius – Feb. 18, 2015 Shamanic Weather
We Are Magic!
We Are Magic! In a rare occurrence of a Second New Moon in Aquarius – first at 0 degrees (Jan 20) and then at 29 degrees – we have been initiated in endings and beginnings this month. Visioning, and letting go; leading, then following; giving, shift into receiving; the great cycle has been alive in the smallest and greatest of things for many of us.
Today’s Super New Moon at 3:47 pm PST bridges our Quantum Vision Aquarius gifts into World Peace Pisces as just two minutes after the Moon, and then the Sun, complete a great procession for a total of SIX heavenly bodies in Pisces.
And we so come back to the love, but on a universal scale, and the magic we truly are.
SPIRIT MEDICINE:
Pachamama brings healing and wholeness to the world, truly embracing the Piscean spirit of universal love. The Mother of us all asks us, Her children, to embrace each other, Her, and ourselves. We ask for right alignment with all living things and honor the endless love and acceptance our Mother Earth offers. We ground our spiritual nature into Earth wisdom.
ANIMAL MEDICINE:
Moose teaches us to honor ourselves and our accomplishments. We build a healthy self esteem built upon presence with our goals, actions and process. We cull away anything that erodes a strong center and at the same time call in complementing, supportive energies. Especially we learn to own our power and step on our path willingly, ready to wield our magic!
PLANT MEDICINE:
Madder – Mother – Blood – Red; we are called to ceremony, to make offerings, to hold a symbolic birthing of our dreams for this Super New Moon. In ancient times a piece of red cloth, called a clootie, was tied into the branches of an elder tree as a prayer. Today as part of our New Moon rituals we may wish to recreate this practice, whispering our desires as we tie our offerings into the trees with love.
