Ok, yesterday we may have overdone the emotional release thing. There’s a cyclical nature to this! (How many women in your life are in their Moon time right now?) After the emotion explosion comes the silent emptiness.

Or that, yes. Either way, capture your passion to light a new fire in your core.

I’m serious. You can’t capture your passion from a place of exhaustion, frustration and wallowy-ness. This is the rest part of the cycle.
