Mercury Ascends, Cancer Moon Floods
Mercury ascends today from the earth-bound rigors of the Capricorn Goat to the idealistic ethers of Airy Aquarius. The constraint of being on top by staying grounded chafed our energetic Messenger Planet. He’s now free to ping messages across the galaxy!
THAT MEANS
If your throat chakra has felt restricted, your creativity or ability to express yourself blocked or “wonky,” you are in for some relief.
And as Mercury ascends, the Moon moves into the emotional waters of Cancer.
I WANNA HUG
Hugs are the best therapy and a pure form of expression. You can communicate so much in a simple embrace. Cancer Moon floods our emotional circuits with the super power of feelings. Let the dam gates open!
Be they tears, fears, or joy, all are passion! Passion provokes change and healing.
TRY THIS
Practice naming the feeling, then speak to it. This distracts you from drama and helps that part of you emoting to receive the acknowledgement and release needed.
“Oh look, I’m with Angry right now!”
“Mean Voice, what are you really upset about?”
“Aw, here is Sad. C’mere, Sad, wanna hug?”
