We have an optimal opportunity for crystal clear communication today, be it in concise wording, frustrated eye-rolling, timely memories or insightful heart-connection.

Outer Planet Influences

Dreamy King of the Seas Neptune does try to blur our vision with salty sea foam, but King of Empowerment Jupiter and the Sky Lord of Rebellion Uranus frankly steal his thunder with a Death Star burst of raw creative power.

Feminine Frustration

Clean Queen Venus is just huddled up with Committed Combatant Mars, hanging in there until she leaves her “fallen” position in Virgo for far more comfy Libra. Despite her passionate encounters with both Jupiter and Mars she feels vulnerable and limited in structured, insistent Virgo. You may have noticed much internal (or even external!) arguing about self-indulgence and playtime has slowly but surely taken an energetic toll.

As Deep Waters Scorpio Sun favorably allies with the King of Chaos Pluto we see how one of the kindest companions to crystal clear communication is patience.

Crystal clear communication vibrates truth and inspires resonant vibration. Our very posture and breath offer no contradiction to and even support effective reflection of our truth.

CHECK IN – Set a timer to go off randomly during the day. When it does, notice something about your physicality:

How are you sitting? (slumped, folded in, or shoulders back and engaged?)

What is the expression on your face? (frown, blank, small smile?)

When is the last time you took a deep breath? (Go ahead, take one!)

Have you actually moved at all in, say, the last five minutes – other than typing/texting?

Do what you can to “read” what your body is saying. Check in with your mind, then see how you can align the two. What any of us do and say is often miles apart. Crystal clear communication brings it all together.

This is really a listening practice! Listen to your body, determine what your truth is, and then apply this new skill to listening to others.
