The Shamanic Weather for March 30, 2015
Did you feel it? Last night the “Let’s Play” Moon in Leo conjoined the Magnanimous King, Jupiter in Leo, and a fresh wave of personal power swept through the Royal Court. The Earthy Queen, Venus in Taurus, had her own pleasurable connection with the Dark King of Chaos, Pluto. She sighed happily as the potential for new love, new experiences, and new appreciation for all things awoke deeply within her.
Those asleep during these cosmic encounters had empowering (and old stuff clearing) dreams; while those awake may have had new opportunities for love and financial rewards come to light, and/or enjoyed a renewed sense of being present in their bodies and with themselves.
Tonight the Muddled Messenger, Mercury in Pisces, becomes the Quicksilver Messenger, Mercury in Aries! Unfocused, dreamy thoughts become lightning-fast processing and a desire to communicate NOW. New destiny paths are opening up for us in preparation for the coming Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Libra. Our relationships adjust yet again – including with ourselves – challenging us to dig deeper into our values and desires.
ADVICE FROM THE GODDESS
In the Goddess Oracle, Morgan Le Faye is a Celtic triple goddess. Essences of her character pepper Arthurian legend and tales of the Middle Ages. Here she comes to us to remind us there is a rhythm to our cycles of awareness, decisions, engagement, and experience. We deserve to allow and honor our personal flow.

ANIMAL MEDICINE
Python is the oldest form of serpent, deep shadows medicine. She unwinds old wounds, sheds the flaky remains of outworn skins, reveals the naked soul-truth beneath ego-based lies. She is the root of intention! She is the power of transformation! Her intense focus permits information from our past and present to penetrate as part of of our process, not controlling it. Allying with Python invites patience, perfect timing, and higher purpose through her gifts of discernment, detachment, transformation and renewal.
PLANT MEDICINE
Burdock both empowers and annoys – we get to pick the medicine! This magical plant helps reveal our attachments, like weeds, and the unconscious motivators and limiters playing with our lives. We see what may be serving, and what isn’t, and then we pull those weeds that are sapping our fertile soil! We give thanks for the lessons and learn how to recognize the unwanted seeds so that next time we can toss them before they sprout.
Today is the last full day for the Empowered Warrior, Mars in Aries. When he moves into Taurus tomorrow, his impulsive fire cools, but grounded persistence and stubbornness compensate. Cosmic encounters continue to play out in our lives. So now is the time to use the fire in the sky to burn up what you are ready to release today!
