Time To Take A Cosmic Break
This weekend we get a cosmic break as Grandmother Moon moves into Top Goat Capricorn, toning the antsy, Sagittarian Fire down to peaceful embers.
We want to put up the Halloween decorations, maybe fix a few things around the house, and explore the concepts of “nap” and “downtime.”
REST UP
We are taking a cosmic break this weekend. If you need a checklist to organize your unstructured time because otherwise you’d fill it with the honey-do’s and catch-up stuff, try this:
- Treasure your time with friends, family, and especially, yourself.
- Take an inventory of your blessings. Wallow in gratitude
- If you can, send some love to those who are asking for it, places where there is a love drought, a spiritual emergency. Spend a little time supporting them.
- When the silly thoughts spin through your head, and when the outside world somehow reflects the chaos we all have somewhere within us, ask for ways to not add to the energy, for real healing to happen.
And take this cosmic break to move your body…
