We end this tumultuous and trying year rediscovering our own Love Beat during the Cancer Full Moon, December 26, 2023. The primary melody sings the heart’s praises, while the countermelody introduces tension and conflict. Let me explain:

- Acknowledge that you just let something go, even if you don’t know what that was.
- Then, change your rhythm by activating your Love Beat.
- Play a song that makes you want to sing and dance.
- Or, watch or read something funny, and see how many ways you can laugh.
- Get your mood UP.
- Finally, find your center line again. Breathe into your heart and notice how you’ve cleared space and even expanded your heart realm.
