How Shamanic FoundationsTraining Works
Shamanic Foundations is available:
- In group classes (In Person or In Spirit)
- Privately, one-on-one, local in San Diego or distance by video/Zoom or phone
This is where you enter the shamanic world and begin building reliable, lifelong skills.
Course Prerequisite:
Shamanic Soul Retrieval with Mara (First Session). You don’t need another if you have already had one with me.

In Shamanic Foundations, you learn the essentials of Shamanic Journey and Practices in a grounded, common-sense sequence of lessons that you can apply from the very first class.

Course Dates, Time & Location
TIME: Arrivals begin at 6:30 PM; Class begins at 7 PM.
DATES***: Eight Wednesdays: 1/28, 2/11, 2/25, 3/18, Spring Break, 4/15, 4/29, 5/13, 5/27
NOTE: Optional Combined Class Day Trip 3/14!
LOCATION: Private Residence in La Mesa. Address provided upon registration.
Classes may be held indoors or outdoors on the patio or around the fire ring. You’ll be notified ahead of time.
Attend In Person (limited to 14) OR In Spirit
Both options include the full energetic container and all student benefits.
Tuition
In Person
- Pay in Full – $400
- Payment Plan – $125 non-refundable deposit + 3 payments of $100 (Total: $425)
In Spirit
Designed for students who prefer to study on their own time while remaining fully included in the class container.
- Pay in Full – $285
- Payment Plan – $90 non-refundable deposit + 3 payments of $65 (Total: $300)
