For the July Monthly Shamanic Circle, we experience healing through rhythm and movement. 

We open the portals to primal awareness with Sacred Cacao Ceremony.

Then, we surrender to the mysterious catharsis of Shamanic Trance Dance.

Time:  Arrive from 6:30 on for smudging. We begin at 7 PM.

Location: Private Residence in La Mesa – address provided with Registration.

In Shamanic Trance Dance you receive insight and healing as the rhythm compels you and the mind lets go!

Do I Need To Know How To Dance?

No! Your body knows the rhythm of life and will find it in the music.

What If I Get Tired?

I’ll coach everyone before we begin, and one of the points I make is that you can just stand there and sway. You can even move to the side and sit down.

I Don’t Want To Look Silly.

Listen, I did my first trance dance sitting on the floor. I had a back injury. It still was amazing.

What If I Don’t See Anything?

And…what if you do? Most of the info you receive is visceral, soul memories sifting through your cells, downloads tingling your skin. Visions are a bonus!

How Does This Work?

For every Monthly Shamanic Circle I begin by opening a Sacred Space and giving you updates and messages.

We’ll enjoy Cacao together (or tea if you prefer).

We’ll set intentions for our Shamanic Trance Dance, and I’ll give you some helpful practices to use while you are in the experience.

Then I take you on aGuided Journey to lead you into the Trance Dance, then let you continue to move through the music. Expect to spend about 45 minutes dancing. The time FLIES!

Afterward, you may wish to journal your experience and messages received. 

And we end the evening enjoying grounding snacks!

(You don’t have to drink Cacao if that’s not for you. We’ll have tea available.)
