- Hold, 2, 3, 4 and be with what is
- Exhale, 2, 3, 4 and release story and blockage
- Hold, 2, 3, 4 and relish emptiness
Continue until you feel that you are truly centered
You may finish up with another satisfied roar, or perhaps you are ready to purr
MANIFESTATION
Think of the current feistiness in the air as potential for you and what you want to sow and grow for 2016. Like a wild child it just needs a little direction – but not too much! We are gearing up for a magnificent New Moon on 12/11! Enjoy the manifestation magic!
