The 2022 Year’s End Medicine packs eruptive change energy into a few short days.

BIG MOVES
Empowerment King Jupiter, rules Shoot For The Stars Sagittarius, a Fire Sign ever seeking new discoveries and expansion. On 12/20/22, this planet of opportunity and spiritual growth moved out of Blissful Seas Pisces and into another Fire Sign, Let’s Get Started Aries.
Feeling the burn, yet? Aries begins the next 12 year cycle for Jupiter’s journey through the Zodiac. For the next year or so, but especially now at the 0 plus degrees of Aries, Jupiter’s influence inspires (sometimes rash) action. He adds initiative and ambition to the 2022 Year’s End Medicine.
CAPRICORN SOLSTICE
And then, on 12/21/22, the Capricorn Solstice balanced the Fire energy. How You Shine Sun transited (moved) into the Spiritual Earth sign of the Sea Goat, Capricorn. We begin the next turn of the Wheel of the Year bringing our dreams alive into the 3D.
BIG YEAR’S END MEDICINE
In a powerful aspect to the Solstice, Jupiter exactly squared (challenged) the Sun! We could take on too much, or feel enormous pressure to do now rather than plan for later. This influence began well before the Solstice and continues into the New Moon and beyond.
CAPRICORN NEW MOON
The Capricorn New Moon on 12/23/22 adds more creation power to the 2022 Year’s End Medicine. Five heavenly bodies are in Capricorn, including Love Goddess Venus who draws deeply upon her wisdom around the value of relationships and “stuff” during her time in this sign. Creating space in your home and life makes room for the creativity ready to draw in the updated and new.
Just before the New Moon, Wounded Healer Chiron stations Direct (appears to stop before ending retrograde). Those lingering shadows of past “failures” and regrets shorten as the light of new possibilities grows.
NEW MOON CEREMONY
Dream, journal, draw and create! Reflect upon what you have done, and what you want to do, and imagine how the past can be the seed for a richer, more fulfilling future.
You can create a small bundle of objects, drawings, and symbols that represent your personal Capricorn creative alchemy, the past experiences, the current status, and hopes for the future.
Wrap it up in compostable/burnable material. Then, you can either bury it or burn it, all with the intention of conscious and desired transition into your new vision.
As always, be sure to smudge yourself, open a Sacred Medicine Space by inviting your Shamanic Allies to be with you, and thank them all as you complete your ceremony.
And personalize this by adding in sound, aroma, images and words meaningful to you.
There is much to heal from, and so much to receive from your Year’s End Medicine.
