Notice if your feelings reflect an outdated state of being. You have grown, changed, evolved. You’ll notice that when you take that into account, when you reconsider where you came from vs. who you are now, you deserve to take a bow.
YIN TIMES WATERY TRINES
It is a look inside day. Your feelings track your truth. When the mind tries to rationalize away it is time to surface, take a few breaths and dive back in. Introspection into our feelings takes both focus and permission to wander a bit.
SHAMANIC PERSPECTIVE
The ability to perceive beyond the five senses requires a relaxed mind and open heart. As simple as that sounds, it takes practice to both surrender and remain aware. With command of the breath/air element/thought we can go deeper into the experience/water element/feelings.
