Total Solar Eclipse Shadows and Light

Today’s Total Solar Eclipse focuses incredible energy you can use to move through your Dark Moon Lilith Shadows and back into the Lion-Hearted Leo Light!

TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE

Powerful change occurs during an eclipse cycle. Today we come to the end of a major portal of change that opened fully with the first New Moon in Leo on July 22/23. It’s been a rough ride for many, and now we come to the completion and recognition of our changes.

DARK MOON LILITH SHADOWS

She’s been working in the background during this entire Eclipse Alchemy process. Your Shadows, the feelings, stories, and experiences that hold you back, are as necessary as the dark side of the moon, and often just as mysterious.

LION-HEARTED LEO LIGHT

The Sun and Moon align (that’s the eclipse!) not just with each other but with the Heart of the Leo constellation, the star Regulus, also known as “Little King.” Burn through your clouds of shadow with that added blast of Royal Fire from Regulus!

NEW MOON IN LEO

We begin a new cycle with each New Moon. This is a new cycle of the Lion-Heart and living our heart’s desire. Declare your desires and invite fulfillment!

ECLIPSE MANIFESTATION CEREMONY

Prep:

Gather items to use for your altar. I recommend you include a grounding stone and cleansing stone (see Shamanic Weather August 7 2017 https://maraclearspring.com/dark-shadows-lunar-eclipse/).

Other suggested altar items:

• Feather (messages/Air), sphere such as round selenite, a marble, or a ball to represent the heavenly bodies (Earth), Candle (Fire), and a bowl, chalice, or hollow crystal filled with water (Water).
• Small cauldron burning charcoal or fire bowl for Fire Ceremony (Crucible)
• Personally important items for you (ancestors, fetishes, symbols of healing, etc)
• Pen and a piece of paper

Ceremony:

Set up your altar

Light the candle

Smudge yourself

Call in your spiritual allies to witness and protect (create sacred space)

Acknowledge that you are connecting to the elements by touching or naming each item and asking to come into alignment with it.

For example:

• Touch your water symbol: I call to the Waters
• Pick up your Feather: I seek messages in the Wind
• Hold your sphere: I connect deeply with the Earth
• Cup your candle flame: I align with the Fire
• Breathe quietly for a minute, tuning into the energy around you.

Use the pen to write on your paper a “word cloud.” Use single words or short phrases to describe the shadows of your life, such as a loss, fear, poverty consciousness, worry.

Breathe quietly for a minute, seeing the shadows grow on the paper.

Flip it over, and on the reverse, write the word “LOVE” in the center. Now, in lines that radiate out from the word love in all directions, list the light you wish to have shine in your life, such as healthy body, fulfilling relationships, profound healing, new career.

Breathe quietly for a minute, seeing the light shine brighter and brighter.

Close your eyes and see the image of the Moon moving in front of the Sun and eclipsing it.

The Moon holds your shadows, the Sun your light.

The Sun’s coronal fire dances around the black, round Moon.

And from the dark center, the Lion appears, and Roars!

Hear/Feel the vibration activate from your vision into your hands as you hold your paper.

Let it flow as long as you like. Listen for any other messages.

Open your eyes.

Burn the paper, saying thank you as you let it transform.

Your Eclipse Alchemy Manifestation is now fully empowered!

With gratitude release your spiritual allies (close sacred space).

You may choose to keep your altar up and active through to the next New Moon.

CHANGES

Our entire world, the globe, our race continues to move through tremendous changes. Turn the focus back on you, what you can do for you and your immediate environment. You can set intention that your upleveling and positive changes contribute to greater peace and loving choices everywhere, but it always starts with you!
