She is the Destroyed Feminine Archetype whose influence stretches from beyond the shadows of generations of torment to come alive within us when our own unhappiness wakes her up.
So if you have been working with your unhappy little girl within and reached an impasse, look beyond the Personal and see if you have accessed this larger Unconsciousness and are now being informed by a larger than life reservoir of unresolved pain.
Imagine there really is a gnarly, dried up old root inside of you, or more than one, that reaches into you and feeds off your despair and powerlessness. Send love to the roots, seeing them become plump and healthy, and redirect them gently to the Mother Earth.
There the roots can begin a new, healthier cycle of nourishment and filling up, spreading the love you have sent forth back into the matrix of the Destroyed Feminine and reconnecting her to the vital flow of Mother Earth.
Your healing is Her healing, and Her healing is yours. Imagine all this wonderful energy is now flowing into you, the love you sent out returned ten-fold, and your little girl sunbathing in it.
