What is a Super Full Moon, Blood Moon, Lunar Eclipse RESET?
Super Full Moon – The September 27/28 Full Moon occurs when the Moon is at it’s closest point (perigee) to Earth in 2015 and appears about 15% larger.
Lunar Eclipse – The Earth aligns directly between the Sun and Moon, casting it’s shadow over the Moon.
Blood Moon – The Full Moon coincides with a total lunar eclipse causing the shadow of the Earth to tint the moon rusty red.
RESET – Eclipses reboot everything. That’s why they are so intense. We build up before, then experience release and relief after.
And – this is also a Harvest Moon, the Full Moon that occurs closest to the Autumnal Equinox (Northern Hemisphere). It is also the last of four total Lunar Eclipses in a row, the now famous Tetrad. We are completing a long term soul project which means we will be integrating and then beginning all over again. So many of my clients have been in the throes of this metamorphosis!
And so, this weekend is going to be….Intense! Take this heads up to adjust your expectations and build allowance within your emotional and physical matrix to sustain you through unexpected blockages and necessary adjustments.
FRIDAY
After some interesting, perhaps rather lovely dreams we awake to the Moon now in Dreamy Pisces. Reality is just a theory, right? For example, my phone jumped time zones and got me up an hour early this morning. The Pisces Moon immediately starts poking the Divine Masculine, causing Steady Soldier Mars to march us into rather pushy, perhaps rash behavior. Patriarchal Ruler Saturn responds to the Moon’s prodding by first getting grouchy then isolating himself, unavailable for communication.
Eventually Mars and Saturn have it out in a Square early this evening. Try not to rise to the bait offered, the juicy argument waiting to happen doesn’t have to…and if it does, well, look it as a kettle blowing off steam, not a big reveal of a soul truth. We are all just mirrors, right? Perhaps the mirror got a bit smudged.
SATURDAY
Hope you got some good sleep as The Dreamy King of the Seas Neptune dangled wild schemes through your dreams. Just…don’t act on anything. You can play, have some sizzling one-on-one connections, discover new internal healing paths, clear loads of past b.s., but don’t make any major decisions, just minor adjustments. Wait for it, wait for it…
SUNDAY
Yes, the energy is now moving as the Super Full Moon, Blood Moon, Lunar Eclipse approaches. Yes, enlightened perspective arises with the morning sun. Yes, you can let go of the past. Yes. Say “Yes” to the reset, accept the shadow along with the light, allow completion and new beginnings all at the same time.
In retrospect, my move on Sunday is literally perfect timing. What a reset to have a new home!
SHAMANIC PERSPECTIVE
The Guides are all about Tribal Fires this weekend to acknowledge and celebrate the reset. On Friday 9/25 is our last Fire Ring Drumming Circle at Hale Ohana – Fall Fires Blessing – and, yes, we will do Fire Ceremony together. I’ll be doing Fire Ceremony for myself throughout the weekend as I pack, and in particular at the Eclipse Sunday night. Use Fire Ceremony to clear out the old stuff and make room for the downloads still pouring in!
I will probably not be able to post the Shamanic Weather on Monday…May we all meet up on the other side of the Eclipse Portal revved up and ready to go on the next chapter of our lives!
