The evening begins with a Shamanic Circle to reconnect with each other and Spirit. We prepare the way, clearing the debris of the week (ok, the year!) so we may go into the journey open and ready to receive.
Mara takes you on a guided journey to begin your departure from Here and Now.
You leave your body, the journey out of you, and back into your essence…
Drowned by powerful waves of the gong, you vibrate between dissonance and resonance. Your own rigid patterns of discomfort dissolve away…
Ancient memories rise from the DNA like snakes of wisdom hypnotized by the mysterious droning of the didgeridoo…
The drum beats on and on!
Shamans ride the drum like a horse into trance states, hoof beats paced at 4 to 7 beats per second. The frequency stimulates Theta Waves, the level at which we achieve lucid dreaming.
You will be on your back receiving healing sound and messages from your guides for at least 30 minutes.
Mara gently guides you back into your body. Then you spend a little more time integrating while resting on the floor.
