BRING
- Something to lie down upon such as a yoga mat or thick blanket
- Dress in Layers/bring a blanket
- Water (after Circle snacks are welcome, always)
- Your drum, rattle or other instrument for the Gratitude Jam after! (yes, we have drums to share)
THE EXPERIENCE
The evening begins with a Shamanic Circle to reconnect with each other and Spirit.
With Fire Ceremony we prepare the way, clearing the debris of the week (ok, the year!) so we may go into the journey open and ready to receive.
After spreading out across the open space we lay back and Mara guides everyone into shamanic trance, then Lora, John and Mara begin playing. You will be on your back receiving healing sound and messages from your guides for at least 20 minutes.
Mara guides you back and you spend a little more time integrating while resting on the floor.
