The Shadow Masculine

When the Shadow Masculine looms over us we learn either see in the dark or to find the light within ourselves. Today Warrior Mars aligns with Obey Me Saturn in Keep At It Capricorn.
WHAT IS THE SHADOW MASCULINE?
That question deserves a long answer, but here let’s keep it short: Angry badger, grumpy bear, growling wolf, roaring lion – these are all faces of the Shadow Masculine. We see it in the faces of people in road rage, teens acting out, casual comments dripping sarcasm and angry people forming mobs. The Shadow Masculine is the abuse of power in many forms.
THAT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!
Its presence can force us into silence, or provoke us into speaking up and taking action.
HOW DO I HANDLE IT?
If this Shadow has been twisting within you then go for a run, dig in the garden, lift heavy things. The idea is to burn through some of the energy physically. Once you’ve taken the edge off, you can better redirect the strong medicine in a more helpful direction in your life.
And if instead you encounter this War Mind mentality in a person or situation; do your best not to take it personally. That can be hard, especially if the source hits personal triggers for you. Trying to resolve your own wounds and sore spots with someone lurking in the Shadow Masculine will hurt, and badly. They are currently preoccupied with their own!
SIGH
It may be that the Aries Sun is extra bright around you, and you don’t see any of that nasty shadow stuff today. Enjoy! Sometimes it’s not your turn. Use the extra light and enhanced Capricorn energy to get things done. There’s a lovely Sun/Dragon’s Head trine today that could shine a positive glow on your future.
