Today is a space-holder between choice points. We are all urged to take a moment for a deep Soul Breath. We’re going to do a bit of integration.

Integration is mental, physical, emotional and spiritual digestion of what we’ve consumed. Explore your inner world! Discover the dreams that have opened up, the changes you want to make, and the remnants you have released to make room for something new and wonderful.

Experiment with all the shades in between opposites to experience nuance and depth. This process is how our soul learns, a major part of our choice to be here.

Our instincts for adventure serve us well today. They signal us to get outdoors, feel the wind on our faces, the sun against our skin, and interact with each other and the physicality of our world. Even if all you can do is open a window for a bit and peek out at a snowy landscape, get some part of you outdoors today. Your inner animal wants out of its cage!

CONTEMPLATION

Ruminate, savor, wonder – let your mind amble down random mental paths. You’ll need solitude and quiet to do this, so perhaps you can combine your outdoor adventure with a personal moment or two for you to allow the contemplation mechanism of integration to engage.

You’ve got thoughts, feelings, dreams. Yes, you get to ponder them! And don’t concern yourself with “getting anywhere”. Perhaps that’s the point. You are already there!

The Mars/Venus conjunction (high octane fuel for change) has peaked while the Jupiter/Uranus inconjunct (“what the hell am I doing?”) ramps up. Like I said, November is a wet and wild ride after our brain-shaking October!

Try to take today “off” the best that you can. Make this a day to Purr about!
