Something BIG is Up

The Perseid Meteor shower peaks tonight while the Sky Lord of Rebellion Uranus couples with the Leo Sun – something BIG is up! With the Moon entering Royal Leo today we feel the potency in the air like lightning dancing on our skin.
And with Jupiter just moving into Virgo the energy shift of the transit still leaves us feeling like we just woke up from a dream.
It’s distracting! Today you may feel both creative and confused, empowered but not clear what that increase in strength increase means for you. Fond memories of recent good times pop up, but again it’s distracting, not helping you focus. Then tonight all the energy goes south (meaning lower chakras!) and you feel the urge to take action, move, dance, get into your version of sensuality and physical pleasure.

The heart harbors love and grief side by side. To make room for more love, let the grief go! We confuse grief with pain, anger, righteousness, and victimization. These are all valid feelings or reactions – but grief is an absence of love, or a refusal to flow it. We miss a person, place, relationship, thing, but we are STILL HERE. We can honor the change without holding the hurt in stasis – that’s like petrifying a piece of your heart.
For-give-ness – we give back that which has gone before…we release the energy…we honor what we loved and lost by creating more room for love.

Watch the sleeping dog’s eyes switch rapidly back and forth beneath closed lids, tail twitching, paws scrambling as if running. We all dream! The thin realm between wakefulness and deep sleep reveals powerful symbols, portends and messages delivered directly to (or by) our minds. As the meteors streak overhead, and this happens 24/7, of course, but is visible at night, intend to receive and understand important transmissions in the dreamtime. Keep a notebook and pen at the side of the bed. Who knows what you may see!
