Solar Plexus Day is here to remind you that you totally rock!
All the astrological Earth energy anchors an outburst of divine union soul joy!
The Golden Light erupts from the Sun conjuncting with the quite masculine King of Empowerment, Jupiter, in the very feminine sign of Virgo. This happens once a year and is the perfect day to draw down the coupled power of the two largest bodies of the solar system into our own personal chakra matrix.

By the way, overnight we did so much work in our dreams. The dreamtime revealed and cleared some old stuff. What you have worked through and healed from the past can help you now focus on a more meaningful and satisfying today and set you up for even better times ahead. Whether you are shamanic or not, this morning be sure to smudge (use sacred smoke, feather, or rattle) to clear your personal energy field.
Solar Plexus Care:
If you can do this around 3:01 pm PDT you are at the exact time of the Sun/Jupiter Conjunction
- Stand barefoot upon the Earth facing the Sun.
- Breathe in to center, send roots into Mother Earth with the exhale.
- Breathe in to center, send branches into up to Sky Father with the exhale.
- Reach your hands over your head, palms up.
- Think of the most wonderful, rewarding, blissful experience you have had.
- Build it up, build it up, build it up. Feel it bubble to the palms of your hands.
- Imagine beams of divine union joy pouring into your hands from above.
- Stream the energy down your arms and into your Solar Plexus (where your rib cage separates just below your chest).
- Feel the golden glow grow and shine!
- Place both hands full of love over your Solar Plexus and think wonderful thoughts about YOU.
Doesn’t that feel good? You deserve to feel great about yourself. Then you can better support the expansion of your heart.
Tomorrow ANOTHER Grand Trine further refines and balances this delicious combination of masculine and feminine energies. Truly this is a week to awaken your tantric flow. So keep making room for more and more good stuff coming in!
