Solar Flares May 6 2015 Shamanic Weather
Solar flares continued with another M-Class flare overnight! Old Sol is firing attention-getting lasers of activation into the Shadows, a reminder to be prepared for the Mercury Retrograde in Gemini coming up May 18. We entered the shadow phase on May 4, so the countdown has begun!
The Sure and Steady Self (Sun in Taurus) aspected favorably with the Dark King of Chaos (Pluto in Capricorn) just after midnight Pacific Time, and a few hours later the Sun then got the nod from the Dragon’s Head (North Node in Libra). That means we are working with Karma and real life on a positive track. We can feel the alignment that’s been building for days between our long-term goals and short-term actions, a confidence in our abilities and choices.
Confidence builds as the Magnanimous King lends his personal support to our inner psyche, fully activated as the Rarin’ To Go Moon in Sagittarius. Magnetic personality traits amplify when the Sky Lord of Anarchy (Uranus in Aries) hit our Charisma Button!
And then we have the shadow side…
“But I WANT it,” pouts the Flirty Queen (Venus in Gemini) as the Stern Ruler of Expansion, (Saturn in Sagittarius) criticizes an extravagant expense for the Queen’s pending stay at the Cancer Bayside Resort. Oops, old wounds can get triggered and we may respond from the petulant inner child tonight when we feel limited or threatened by a surprising response to our innocent inquiries or requests. The Dreamy King (Neptune in Pisces) saves the day with creative resourcing from connection to our destiny paths. We can adjust, self-comfort, and come to a new level of grace.
SITUATION
Post Full Moon and during Solar flares we feel a bit Vulnerable; it’s time to catch up on sleep and recharge our psychic batteries. Healing and integration happen when we surrender and lay low for a bit. So whether you are feeling physically tired or mentally tapped, step away from the busy-ness and flow with the natural elements. Which one calls to you?
