In the midst of the retrograde heaviness and solar flare brain burn, we have the experiential, sensating Divine Feminine stirring up the goal-oriented, problem-fixing Divine Masculine. Do we slip into time-lost, sensually oriented mindlessness, or plunder ahead with determined, stubborn focus? The creative juices pouring down from Neptune and Uranus can go either way. The Romantic Queen Venus in Leo is really pulling on us now as she prepares for TWO big dates: A trine tryst with the Sky Lord of Rebellion, Uranus in Aries, and a tantalizingly close but not quite there conjunction/coupling with the Magnanimous King, Jupiter in Leo. With the Kind Diplomat Libra Moon actively supporting both her and Jupiter, her fervor is up, and we’re all feeling that pull for epic love in our lives. This could be passion in relationship, art, music, self-expression – all the areas Venus likes best. AND – we could instead fall sway to the pounding drum of the heart of purpose, action, striving for … something. The Kind Diplomat has her hands full as she squares off with the Dreamy King of the Seas, Neptune retro in Pisces, and opposes the Dark King of Chaos, Pluto in Capricorn. Neptune vacillates between scintillating visions of grandeur, which fuels ambition, and foggy, brain burn sleepiness. Pluto’s influence brings up the shadow emotions in relationships, tests patience and the ability to keep centered. A quiet agreement between Jupiter and Pluto assures us that this is part of the balancing act, not the final outcome.

Bast She rules pleasure, play, all the thing that Venus loves. The Egyptian feline Goddess visits us today in purring representation of the delights of allowing the Divine Feminine magic to flow through us. You Can Do It! Haven’t I been saying all week that we got this, we can do it? So nice to have confirmation from the higher ups. Archangel Michael swings his mighty light sword through unhelpful attachments and shines the torch of truth on our ego-based self-limitations. He helps us direct this Divine Masculine need to act toward beneficial ways rather than loop the energy back upon ourselves in disruptive, destructive negativity. We don’t have TIME for self-deprecation and procrastination. Ask him to help you move forward in positive ways.

Ant Ounce for ounce, Ant is the strongest critter on the planet. A builder like Beaver and aggressive like Badger, Ant bears Elk’s stamina, Mouse scrutiny, and the give-away heart of Turkey. This is powerful medicine! Ant counsels patience. Take all the qualities listed above and know that when applied to the situations at hand, none of them will be effective unless patience is included. Sacred Union is a delicious balance between the Divine Opposites. Our shadow is illuminated by light, we see more clearly…and new shadows are revealed! However this shows up for you, be kind and gentle with yourself for the best outcome. What’s awesome about today is that we don’t HAVE to do anything. We can watch the show from the sidelines. Self care and restoration are encouraged since this weekend the Moon will be in Scorpio digging at our deeper motivations.
