Saturn Retro in Scorpio June 15 2015 Shamanic Weather
Whaaaa? Yup, it’s true, while we were chewing on Mercury retrograde in Gemini ending and Neptune stationing retrograde in Pisces, the Stern Ruler of Expansion (Saturn retrograde in Sagittarius) slipped into a phone booth, quickly changed costumes, and become the Deep Waters Detective. Saturn Retro in Scorpio takes us to the depths of our relationships with penetrating self-honesty and ruthless cleaning out of anything unused, broken or obsolete. We’re healing up some unfinished karmic work!
Did you just groan? Now, wait a minute – this is actually a good thing! Deep, beneficial change is in the works. During the next few months we are purifying the muddy waters we’ve been thrashing through so far in 2015. It feels good to pop our heads up for some fresh air, and the Celestial Support surrounding Saturn retro in Scorpio is solid.
For example, today the Ooh, Shiny! Gemini Moon shares and receives the love from much of the Royal Court. The Romantic Queen Venus in Leo drinks in the good vibes like fine wine, getting happy and affectionate. The Magnanimous King Jupiter in Leo multiplies her joy with generous compliments and gestures, while the Sky Lord of Anarchy Uranus in Aries punches up the day with some unexpected changes.
We may have some bumpiness in certain relationships today, but we get over them quickly as the optimism of the New Moon tomorrow overrides the shock of Saturn’s return to his role as the Deep Waters Detective. We’ve done this, we’ve got this, and we know how to ride it to our best experience possible!

Taming Power Of The Small – Little things make a big difference right now and are easier to address than the big picture.
- Notice how a repetitive, stray thought can poison your day, then resolve to heal it with love and patient attention.
- Release the notion you can control circumstances, other people, etc.; attachments sneak up on us and become larger than life if we aren’t attentive and nip them in the bud.
- Remain aware of the dualism of rampant ambition vs complacent stagnation and keep energy moving at a consistent, easy flow.
Respect for the “minor” things empowers you to handle the “major” ones!

Taming Power Of The Great – With your peaceful surrender to the Small your Inner Eye opens, and just like that, you can feel swamped by your own power, overwhelmed by major choices, suddenly cognizant of all the things to do, people to connect with, chores to complete. Hang on; panic is optional.
Awareness can open the gates to stuck energy AND can also help us harness the power. Remember your practices – breathe deeply three times and ask for help from your spiritual allies. Instead of “what’s next?,” focus on “what’s truly important?” See how that shifts your perspective and offers opportunity to get centered again.
DIVINE MESSAGE
For the THIRD time we receive Hexagram 16, Enthusiasm. We are reminded the Universe is designed to help us reach our greatest potential, feel the joy, revel in love. Getting stuck, feeling victimized, going numb are all ways of shutting down the receiving channels for the lightning life-force we are all born to channel! Make choices to raise your overall energy level then deliberately choose to channel it into actions that support loving you and all you bring to this world (even if that action is a blessed nap!).
The Gemini New Moon tomorrow is a mood lifter, highlighting our thinking and listening skills with a big energy boost from a conjunction with Mars. So today we take stock a bit, dust off our self-esteem and prepare our egos for more of that shift and change that can be a bit uncomfortable but oh so rewarding.
