This Leo Season gets a bit more complex as both Mercury (currently Retrograde) and the Sun are in Leo. All of us get to take a look at our reputation with ourselves (our ego).
It’s a time of fiery change. We seek pleasure, fulfillment, and that Leonine panache. Our egos can help, or thwart, that journey.
LIGHT SIDE:
The world is yours! You feel seen and heard, welcome and wanted. You KNOW folks love having you around. Relationships are easy and natural, and your libido is humming! Purring is roaring on the inside, especially during Leo Season.
DARK SIDE:
Insecurity and anxiety stop you from stepping forward into the limelight. Self-doubt is a daily demon. You wheedle attention from anyone from grocery store cashiers to exhausted (of you) friends and family. That roar is more of a surly growl.
FINDING THE LEO SEASON BALANCE:
Try this: Remember a time when you felt “it,” that sense of being in the moment, in the flow, in the “rightness” of how your fire is exuding personal expression and engaging in a balance with others.
That’s your spark, right there in your Solar Plexus.
Now, gently blow it bigger. Breathe into your Solar Plexus while remembering the feeling. Just one molecule of the energy is enough to build upon.
(If you CAN’T remember, then think of someone you have witnessed, either in person, or on screen, or in a story you’ve read, who is in that sweet spot. Imagine how THEY felt. Make it yours.)
Breath by breath, build that fire up into a roaring flame. That’s yours now, and the best way to keep it strong is to share it.

Look for and see the Lion in everyone, and authentically appreciate it.
Practice listening to and roaring for OTHERS.
You’d be surprised how your energy can SHIFT with intention and small steps.

MERCURY RETROGRADE IN LEO
