After inviting your Shamanic Allies to surround you, close your eyes and imagine the total darkness of the New Moon. See any shadows in your heart. Hold your hands over your heart and acknowledge the darkness however it shows itself to you. Say thank you for letting me know you are there.
Then, breathe into your heart, deeply. Breathe in the light of the stars, the rich, succulent nurturing of Mother Earth. Feel the fiery warmth of the Sun beam into your heart, bringing fresh, unconditional love!
Let the wetness of your tears be the cleansing oceans of compassion ready to receive your shadows for healing.
Whatever thoughts, memories, body sensations, or visions appear, welcome them. Let them move through you naturally, and release them.
When complete, give acknowledgement to your Shamanic Allies – thank you, thank you – for being there and sharing your love and wisdom. Close your Sacred Space, and get ready to integrate that big dose of heart healing leonine love!
