The Happy Birthday Full Moon Eclipse isn’t just for the USA (our 244th) but for everyone. But for the USA, it’ a toughy, cuz’ we are entering our collective Saturn Return.
NOOOO!
Yes! Every 29 years or so we receive our cosmic report card from this authoritative archetype. Double whammy this time around with the Saturn/Pluto conjunction constantly reverberating through this year, a true foundation take-apart.
What are our new boundaries (or do we want any?)
How has our relationship to power (or disempowerment) evolved?
Stern Taskmaster Saturn retrograding through his home sign of Be Responsible Capricorn likes to really grind the point in.
How Do We Escape?
We go through! And we are doing it right now. July 4, 2020 at 9:44 pm PDT the Eclipse Transformation Tunnels spits us out after chewing us through a very rough six weeks of Karmic hell.
So We Are Done?
No, but we are reborn, in a way.
Last night (July 3) I held a Shamanic Healing Circle where we met the Changing Woman, Estsanatlehi, and were energetically taken apart and reborn.
Now, when the Universe does this to you through a three-eclipse event, it’s epic. When a Native American creation goddess does it to you in a guided shamanic journey, it’s ecstatic, and very healing.
Oh I Want That!
OK, I have the unedited recording right here.
We fumbled around for the first five minutes or so, but then there are great shares, and fire ceremony and then the Shamanic Healing. The Guided Journey material begins between 40 and 44 minutes, and it’s just short of a half hour long. I recommend, though, that you do the Fire Ceremony beforehand. It’s the best way to clear the path for maximum experience.
FULL MOON ECLIPSE CEREMONY
Smudge yourself and the area where you will doing this
Set up your Altar. I usually include symbols for the elements and at least one candle. On this night I used a selenite sphere to represent the Full Moon.
Include a Fire Ceremony set up:
- Epsom salts
- 90% or more alcohol (next to 70% in drugstore)
- A fire-safe container such as a pie tin
- A trivet or other heat-resistant pad to place between your container and the surface you set it upon.
- Matches or lighter
- A dried leaf or twig – select one small enough to fit in your container. A piece of dried white sage or small paper with your writing or drawings on it can be good alternatives to the stick. The item must be safe to burn.
Get comfortable.
Listen to the event recording. I describe the Fire Ceremony process during the recording.
Surrender to the Guided Journey.
Then, give thanks in some way. Offer gratitude to all the spiritual allies who showed up for you in the Circle (that will make more sense once you listen). Make an offering of some kind.
Then, promise yourself you’ll take this potent energy of the Happy Birthday Full Moon Eclipse and direct it down your updated Destiny Paths by doing the inner work and celebrating the opportunity.
So much juiciness! This is a rich full moon that takes us both higher and deeper into our individual and world wide change process.
