We'll meet online at 7 pm. I'll take you through a healing guided journey, and we'll all play drums together, raising energy.
At 7:45, we'll begin the global meditation (Described at end of this event description. You can of course meditate your own way!)
We seek understanding. We seek healing. For ourselves, each other, and all our relations, we seek together.
If possible, be outdoors.
If not, bring the outdoors in with you. Surround yourself with plants, rocks, feathers and elemental symbols of Earth, Air, Fire water and Spirit. Be the living mesa.
