What Is Shamanic Trance Dance?

Cultures around the world attain altered states and seek connection to Spiritual Allies through spontaneous movement to sound, vibration and frequency. The powerful beat and compelling rhythms align your mind to other realities and voices. Time stops. Magic happens!

Do I Need To Know How To Dance?

No! Your body knows the rhythm of life and will find it in the music.

What If I Get Tired?

I’ll coach everyone before we begin, and one of the points I make is that you can just stand there and sway. You can even move to the side and sit down.

I Don’t Want To Look Silly.

Listen, I did my first trance dance sitting on the floor. I had a back injury. It still was amazing.

What If I Don’t See Anything?

And…what if you do? Most of the info you receive is visceral, soul memories sifting through your cells, downloads tingling your skin. Visions are a bonus!

How Does This Work?

Like all our monthly Shamanic Life Shift Circles, I begin by opening a Sacred Space and giving you updates and messages. We’ll set intentions for our Shamanic Trance Dance, and I’ll give you some helpful practices to use to make the most of your experience.

Then I take you on a Guided Journey to lead you into the Trance Dance, then let you continue to move through the music. Expect to spend about 30 to 45 minutes dancing. The time FLIES!

Afterward, you may wish to journal your experience and messages received. 

There will be time to share with others.

And we usually end up enjoying grounding snacks!
