Retrograde Season
We have three planets turning retrograde this week. You could be feeling more stuck than usual. Stern Taskmaster Saturn, also known as the Lord of Karma, stations retrograde on May 11. He’s generating a weighty vibe that adds to the sense of constriction we are already feeling. And that sensation is particularly intense the day he turns!
Just two days later, May 13, Love Goddess Venus also turns retrograde. Then Empowerment King Jupiter does on May 14. It’s all so…heavy…
Feeling the Healing

Heart Flow
Recently, after a series of days of solid shamanic self-healing work, I found this incredible, golden sensation bubbling through the center of my heart chakra.
Then I remembered feeling this exhilaration during the Venus Retrograde of 2012. During that particular cycle we saw the ultra rare Venus transit of the Sun. I’d been through an extended shamanic initiation just prior to and during that retrograde.
The intensity of the upswing and climax of that wave burst through long impenetrable walls in my heart. And here we are, Venus retrograding in Gemini again, and my heart is wide open.
I’d love to help you open yours. And I want to share that heart flow with you.
