During the holidays we struggle with want to’s and have to’s. We meet our shadows in our relationships and families of origin. Do we follow traditions or open up to new, spontaneous experiences? How about a little bit of both, followed up by a real holiday release celebration?

Gather around the Shamanic Fire Ring Drumming Circle for community connection as we invite our shamanic allies to come in and help us release family wounds and relationships. Then we indulge in a the fun of a White Elephant Gift Exchange!

Our intention is to Let It GO!

Release frayed relationships, worn-out stories, obligation attendance to events. Open up new pathways to kindness, peace and loving choices. Let’s make it easier to enjoy the holidays.

After the journey we celebrate and offer gratitude to our spiritual helpers with group drumming!

Then we transition into a lively White Elephant Gift Exchange, and finish up, of course, making s’mores!

• Chair or cushion (I have a dozen but…)
• Your drum, rattle, didgeridoo…yes, we have some to share. Bring extras if you wish!
• Jacket, lap blanket (it gets cool after sunset)
• Water

WHAT IS A SHAMANIC FIRE RING CIRCLE?

Our focus is community, fun and healing. We share a common desire to connect with like-minded souls, so we include ceremony, discussion and guided journey as well as drumming, games and more!

No musical experience required! You don’t have to participate when we play, and we aren’t trying to make music. We let Spirit guide the sound…and enjoy the flow of energy and love.
