Bring your drum or rattle, or borrow one of ours -If you have extra drums to share, please bring them!

I’ll open our Circle and get things started – then Don guides us through ways to enjoy playing your drum or rattle in any Circle.

That’s ok! We play for the spirit of it, no music experience necessary

Aren’t you glad we have drums and rattles to borrow?
If Drumming Makes You Hungry
Yes, there will be snacks to share. S’mores could happen… ;)! Bring your own snacks if you have special dietary needs.
What Should I Bring?
- A chair or cushion (I have a few here)
- Jacket (outdoor event, fire ring!)
- Drum, rattle or other percussive instrument (yes, we have several to borrow)
- Water (and there’ll be some here)
- OPTIONAL – snack to share if s’mores don’t rock it for you

Private La Mesa location off the 94. AGAIN – Registration required. Call me if you want to see if someone canceled, cuz it does happen!
Can I Bring My Child?
Well…it’s not for every kid! You know yours better than I do, so I trust your wisdom!

Who is Mara Clear Spring?
Mara is a Shamanic Practitioner, Teacher, Reiki Master and Munay-Ki Mentor in practice since 2008.
