Perhaps what kept you up all night were song lyrics, or maybe you were eating elephants in your dreams and awoke unrested and over-full. Today it really is All About That Base as we seek to remain grounded while electric change and heart-felt passions surround us.
Tomorrow the agitating action of a T-Square activation of the Uranus Square Pluto energies peaks – major change through upheaval of what we have become accustomed to, in a smaller dose than the dates the squares were exact, but still impactful. What we say and do becomes so powerful! And so clear communication becomes the focus.
Today our Winged Messenger becomes the Compassionate Communicator when Mercury leaves Gemini to fly through Cancer. Emotional bandwidth expands the potency and depth of our communications. This can seem confusing as our Droopy Trooper Mars trines the Dreamy King of the Seas Neptune today – we want to take actions on dreams but aren’t sure how we FEEL about that!
The Smokin’ Hot Aries Moon squaring Let’s Go HOME Cancer Sun checks up our momentum with questions like, “Huh? Why didn’t that work? I didn’t expect that!” Please DO expect the unexpected as that same rarin’ to go Moon conjuncts the Sky Lord of Anarchy Uranus tonight and creative, innovative sparks ignite our dreamtime.

Communication – Throat Chakra
It’s gotta come out somehow, someway. Scream it, sing it, dance it, draw it – your Soul Speaks and wants to be heard.
Try to remember what it was like to have perfect communication. When we were souls sans bodies, that’s exactly what we had. Nothing could be “hidden,” as we were all connected in a more complete way. Sharing was a nature state of that connection, as was understanding. When understanding is impaired, then sharing with Spirit can help clear things up. And when communicating with Spirit is blocked, try reaching out to trusted allies to sort out the confusion and come back into comfortable self expression.

Honesty – Throat Chakra
One of the ways our communication gets blocked is when we are out of integrity with ourselves. Something is amiss and we don’t want to look at it, face a truth, or accept an unwanted reality.
Remember that truth and transparency ultimately prevail, so gently allow yourself to go there. You’ll feel the beautiful alignment within again. Use that Communication reminder from Spirit to help you discern your truth, then share it with the appropriate person(s), or at the very least, yourself!
EARTH MEDICINE
BASE CHAKRA I abso-freaking-lutely (yes that is a word I just made up) knew that I would draw this card when I touched the Chakra Insight Oracle this morning. I’m having some sort of spiritual roto-rooter of the psyche, soul and heart experience that has totally tweaked my Root Chakra. Just sayin’…
We Affirm:

What that means is that all this personal change and growth available to us now needs a firm base to land upon. Whatever it takes, reconnect with the body. Find your tap root, your life wish, that soul spark that anchors you in your body, and feed it by connecting to the Earth. Imagine being held in the loving arms of the Pachamama.
Eat grounding foods; take naps. Keep in touch with what your body tells you it needs, and act upon it. Your body is your grounding rod when all the rest of your existence is in upheaval and change.
The T-Square peaks tomorrow, so we are nearly through the more uncomfortable part of the current change and will be ready for the more relaxing emotional healing of the Grand Trine in Water next week. Make this a day to Roar about!
