Sizzle Or Burn

Feel the sizzle or burn this weekend when Love Goddess Venus in Endless Bliss Pisces meets her match – or foe – with Warrior God Mars in Randy Centaur Sagittarius. Their square off could make this a hot weekend!
UH OH, WILL I SIZZLE OR BURN?
This is when a heads-up could help keep you from getting scalded by the potential steam from the active fire/water combo. You could be immersed in your absolute joy and miss the fact that someone close to you is just as consumed in their fiery grrr.
SO IF I AM SIZZLING?
Enjoy yourself without closing down awareness circuits. Come up for air and see what everyone else is doing.
WHAT IF I’M BURNING?
Time to do some shadow work! Your anger doesn’t give you the right to blast anyone else with it. Be angry. Go with the feeling, find its roots, express, release, transmute. Communicate AFTER you have discharged the emotional intensity, or at least when the rapid boil is more of a simmer.
HOW?
How do you usually transmute anger? How do you WISH others would? My preference is to move it through the body:
SCREAM into a pillow
THROW ice cubes against a wall
RUN or jog or bike away the excess energy
DANCE like no one is watching
WRITE the nastiest letter in the world. Burn it, don’t send it!
NOTE: If you tend to internalize your anger, you may go feel depressed.
