Oh, enjoy it. Flow with the energy rather than try to fight it. When your mental chatter becomes a cacophony, run it through another channel:

Body – exercise, dance, play enthusiastically

Heart – volunteer, share hugs, reach out to others

Spirit – visit sacred places, meditate, breathe

Mind – pick one of the other three channels above and switch to that!
