In an eleventh-hour save the Army Corps of Engineers notified the tribal leaders that the Dakota Access Pipeline permits were denied. Joy, tears, dance erupted across the encampment where water protectors from around the world have stood together with the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
The Karmic Celebration has begun!
