Mercury Retrograde
December 19 to January 8 – tests our personal integrity, the core of our beliefs, and how we choose to communicate with others. This is the warm-up. This is the prep time. We will continue to be tested. You can’t escape the truth of your heart shadows! But, you can surrender to healing.
Darkest Night
The pending Winter Solstice (Northern Hemisphere), December 21, 2016, adds a baseline to the haunting melody of our Tribal Heart Shadows. As a species we are completely subject the light and live our lives accordingly.
Heart Healing
Use the beat of your own heart to bring you back to yourself when you feel lost in the maelstrom of the cultural upheaval. Allow the natural response within to pulse through you, slow and steady. Be you and your heart. That’s the best place to start.
If you can find someone to breathe with, to sync heartbeats with, to honor heart shadows with you, sink into it! Silent presence with each other can be the greatest balm, the simplest heart healing.
Be kind to yourself, and then to others.
